Banana Spice Mini Muffins

These mini muffins are perfect for cool September mornings. You can make them as cinnamony and spicy as you want, pumpkin pie spice would be fantastic in these too! Try making a few kinds of link muffins, tossing them 4-5 at a time in ziplocks and freezing them. Microwave as you want to enjoy them as a snack or an easy breakfast along with yogurt and fruit (andi coffee of course)! These would be especially great warm with 1 teaspoon fat free cream cheese (sweeten win 1 packet Truvia)!
